I take magnesium but only when I have muscle cramps. If I'm cramping I will take it for a couple of days. It works so well.

I started having small tremors in a couple of fingers a while ago. My cousin suggested magnesium. Like Carol I took it for a few days. It helped. Now I only take it if I start having the annoying little tremors.
