Hi - was going to recommend the same items - I see. I would volunteer in organizations that you're passionate with, as one idea. Making friends when rheumatoid arthritis (RA) limits your activities can be challenging, but there are several strategies that might help:

- Volunteer: Helping others can fill the void and allow you to meet people with similar conditions.
- Reach out to your support network: Keep in touch with friends, even those far away, to remind yourself you're not alone.
- Connect online: Engage with others who have chronic illnesses through social media or online communities.
- Local community centers: Attend groups or events at times when the crowd is friendlier.
- Pursue solitary hobbies: Enjoy activities that bring you peace, especially with your favorite music.
