What Is Everyone’s Experience With Garden Grown Tomatoe’s? My Dr., Said EAT THEM. Packed Full Nutrition. Thoughts?
I have grown tomatoes and cucumbers in my garden and I eat them as well as store bought with RA and fibromyalgia. I haven't noticed them causing me to feel worse so I haven't eliminated them. I like to use them to make greek salad with homemade greek dressing. it is a simple salad that tastes good and is easy to make on days I'm hurting, add a little chicken and you have a meal.

I Soo miss fresh garden grown tomatoes. Just be careful of to much acid and your medications. You don't want to get any ulcers. Enjoy them for me!🍅
I’m SO HAPPY you said that!!! There is a vegetable farm, not far from me. He grows the most delicious fruit and veggies. I’m going to listen to my body and ENJOY them.
Thank You. I just love them.
