Does Anyone Have Advice For A Total Knee Replacement? What Have Your Experiences Been And What Would You Have Done Differently?
I have RA. OA
I had a good experience with my knee replacement. First thing I realized when I woke up was that the arthritic pain was gone. I strongly advise doing your stretching. It makes recovery easier and faster. Good luck
Good morning Pamz ☀️ I had robotic tkr 3 1/2 years ago. Then hip replacement surgery 1 1/2 years ago. The knee surgery pt was pretty rough but so worth it. I’m so glad I had both surgeries done. Stay strong, you got this 🤗
I have had both knees replaced within the past year. The results have been amazing!!! Do your exercises
We are all going to be bionic when we die. LOL Find something to laugh about. It helps me to feel better. A little bit, at least. I'll be damned if I'm going to let this disease get the best of me. It is a constant struggle to stay positive.
I’ve had everything replaced…sigh. Knees were first. Came out of anaesthetic knowing arthritic pain was gone. Post surgical pain was totally manageable. DO the physical therapy FAITHFULLY!!! 22 years later, knees are great!!
