I use to go through a big tube of valtaran it was expensive & worked for awhile, Ive found spray foam for nerve & muscle relief. I believe it's theraworks, white bottle blue lettering at Walmart. Under 26. The best & quickest relief when my tores cramp up & hurt. 5 or so minutes & I'm up again!!!

If you are covered by medicare, go to see an Occupational therapist -they will make all kinds of splints for you, not just the rings
