I agree Methotrexate works differently for each person. I have been able to take the Rasuvo which is the auto-injectable which is a needle filled with Methotrexate. As I mentioned, every person will have different reactions to this, some will have no trouble and others may need assistance. The same situation stands when speaking of Methotrexate is used through the vials and syringe. In that situation, the medication must be manually put into the syringe every time before it is taken unlike the auto-injector. Some patients respond differently to working with the syringe and vial for various reasons and they have every right to doing so. Most importantly is how the insurance company looks at the auto-injector of Methotrexate and the vial/syringe kit of Methotrexate because both will have different prices. I have used both and can say on a personal note the insurance does view them differently one item is less expensive than the other. The above is just my opinion, I am not a medical professional, just sharing my experience to assist others.
