Yes, when it's very hot my inflammation levels increase. Humidity is another one of those things that increases pain levels. How is your RA medication working for you?

Thanks for the reply. I am currently on the Biologic Actemra. I also take 2 mg of steroid daily. My inflammation is at a 2 according to blood work, but I feel it's accelerating and so I'm working on changing my diet.
