Does Anyone Have Heat Intolerance (nausea, Dizziness, Etc.) With MTX? It’s New For Me.

Started MTX shots (and folic acid, and Leucovorin) about 5 weeks ago. It’s going well except for this one side effect. Unfortunately it’s tough to avoid heat during the summer in Texas!
Would appreciate others’ experiences. Thanks, everyone!
