I have asthma but never been hospitalized for it. Usually they will give me a breathing treatment in office and send me home with inhaler.

I suffer from asthma and I was told RA treatment can cause shortness of breath like you was having asthma attack.

By the way, I have been in the hospital three times in ten months for a total of thirty one days for breathing issues. I was knocking at deaths door and doctors and family thought I would never leave the hospital alive, but God isn’t finished with me yet. Saying all this, each of the three times I was in the first 3-5 days I was unaware of what was going on and where I was, which was really scary. I just spent two/three weeks and two rounds of antibiotics fighting pneumonia again, but praise God I did it from home this time! So thankful.
Now if I can get the horrific pain fromthe bilateral sciatica p, herniated discs, and severe stenosis under some kind of control so I can rrulynwalk and get stuff done here I would be so thankful.
Have a very blessed day.β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈπŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

Good morning sunshine 🌞
My WARIORS I just got home 🏑 from the hospital πŸ₯ after spending 4 day's. My Eosinphill Asthma was triggered by my allergies so I thought and I was keeping it much controlled with coughing, sniffling, headaches, I can't catch my breath. Went on Monday morning and they gave me a breathing treatment and perscption of Prednisone sent me on my marry way. I told them I have been struggling with this for 6 weeks. It recently has gotten worse that my inhalers couldn't help me because my bodie was week from not getting any oxygen. Went home and went to the see my PC she was wondering why they didn't admit me. I have no clue, I guess they were thinking onther patient that we can fix with breathing treatments. Nope my PC told me to get back to the ER
ASAP your lips are blue. So here I go home 🏑 take my happy little butt to the ER. They saw that I came back and they did the same thing. I told them this is not working, I know my body there's something else going on.
I CAN'T BREATH, my oxygen went down to 84% that's scary because you're been suffocated trying to get your head above water. They keept me for 5 days pumping up with steroids, antibiotics in my IV, running alot of blood work. I was in pain at the same time and I didn't focus on that breathing was more important. The steroids they gave my eased my pain almost immediately and I can move with no grunts. I couldn't sleep 😴 much but I did take long naps. So now I'm home 🏑 and breathing and moving with no problems. I haven't feelt this good in 9 years, the Dr.s did say your pain will come back just save your energy and take it easy. I can clean do laundry without a problem. I feel like Wonder Woman πŸ˜† 🀣 πŸ˜‚. But the Dr.s are right about me feeling good.
My roommate is watching me and she's keeping me from doing just that (to much). Prayers are the best medicine that I needed. πŸ™ thank you for thinking of me. You are so wonderful and I new I wasn't alone because I can feel the warmth and hugs.
God Bless You
All My WARIORS

I use Trilogy every day and I have just recently started to 'huff' for no apparent reason and I am very concerned about it. I will be seeing my primary this month.
Never been hospitalized for my asthma, C.O.P.D. but I will say this, I know that there have been times I should have been put in the hospital.
I am not on RA meds. I have several more underlying diagnoses and have to be careful of what I take, I see my primary once every three months basis.
I hope that your breath will come to you a lot easier without you having to fight for it.
