Can ILD cause some remission of RA?
Hi Joan,
I don't think the Rituxan should be causing issues with your lungs.
I've had RA and pSA for over 30 years. I've had ILD for about 10 years and have been on Rituxan for about 5 years. I was put on it because my cornea melted and Rituxan works well for ocular issues, RA, pSA and doesn't damage the lungs.
Hope it is temporary! .glad you recovered from pneumonia.
