Good morning Traci, tart cherry juice is good for inflammation. I make spritzers. Very refreshing. Hope today is kind to you 🤗

Veronica,
What a wonderful idea! I never thought to make sprizters with the tart cherry juice...lol
I have recently added 5000 mg of Boswellia back into my daily meds, as inflammation was causing my bp to be crazy. My PCP had upped my bp meds, added another one and still bp was crazy. Just saw her for my Annual,bp is great, told her I ended up adding the Boswellia, she was thrilled.
I hope you are doing well.

Hi Dinah, tart cherry juice on its own is a little too much for me. I just add some club soda and enjoy. Glad to hear that you’re getting your bp under control. I’m not familiar with boswellia, I’ll have to look it up. Hope you have a great weekend 🤗

Yes, many people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) have found success with natural supplements for managing pain and inflammation. Here are a few that have been mentioned:

- **Frankincense Oil (Boswellia Serrata)**: Some members have reported that taking frankincense oil helps with inflammation and pain. One mentioned, "I also take frankincense oil and as crazy as it sounds, it does help with the inflammation and pain.”

- **Turmeric/Ginger**: These are also popular among members for their anti-inflammatory properties. A member shared, “I take Boswellia and turmeric/ginger — it does wonders.”

- **Fish Oil**: High in omega-3 fatty acids, fish oil may have anti-inflammatory effects and help reduce pain. A study mentioned found that people with RA who took 1 gram of concentrated fish oil for 12 weeks reported fewer tender joints and less pain.

It's important to remember that while these supplements can help manage symptoms, they should not replace treatments prescribed by a doctor. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement to ensure it's safe and appropriate for your specific health needs.
