Walking Through Pain,there Are Some Days I Can Barely Move From My Bed But Most Days I Try To Push Through,I Bought A Dog, He Makes Me
My dog literally forces me to get up and exercise, in between walks I lie flat to ease pain and recover circulation, I have osteoarthritis in spine and ra, am I doing more damage than good pushing through the pain? I’m unfortunate or fortunate depending how you view it to be medically retired when I was 47, the walking has led to weight loss which is easing some symptoms, thoughts/opinions?

He’s saved me mentally too, I’ve met so many other dog walkers and made new friends too, just getting out no matter the weather has forced me not to lie around depressed about my physical future
They really are best friends
He tends to feel the reluctance in me and watches me literally crawl to the bathroom, he’s then allowed to jump onto my bed beside me and just cuddle in, he’s a 3yr old greyhound so can be super lazy
