Does Anybody Keep A Bullet Journal For Your RA? I've Been Trying To Find Some Useful Spreads To Keep Track Of Flare-ups, Weather, Pain, Etc.
It's a great idea to keep a bullet journal for tracking your RA symptoms. Here are some suggestions for spreads that could be useful:
- **Daily Symptom Tracker**: Create a simple chart to log daily pain levels, fatigue, and other symptoms
- **Medication Tracker**: Keep a record of your medications, dosages, and the times Show Full Answer
I am lousy at creating spreadsheets. But this is such a great idea!
A monthly spreadsheet would certainly be useful for us all and our physicians. Maybe, dated anatomical diagrams to use color to identify mild to severe pain when in a flare up and dates of duration. It would condense a lot of information into a visual. Then we wouldn't forget important data or get confused by brainfog at appointments.
It could also show our windows of ease or remission. Better than a diary that's difficult to present and no one, especially a doctor would have time to review.
It’s a good idea.
