Diet, diet, diet. You are what you eat. Check the acidity of your body by using ph strips in your urine. If your body is too acidic you need to change your diet.

It's a great idea to keep a bullet journal for tracking your RA symptoms. Here are some suggestions for spreads that could be useful:

It's a great idea to keep a bullet journal for tracking your RA symptoms. Here are some suggestions for spreads that could be useful:

- **Daily Symptom Tracker**: Create a simple chart to log daily pain levels, fatigue, and other symptoms.
- **Medication Tracker**: Keep a record of your medications, dosages, and the times you take them.
- **Flare-Up Log**: Note the dates and severity of flare-ups, along with potential triggers.
- **Weather Tracker**: Since some people find their symptoms are affected by the weather, you could track the weather each day and note any correlations.
- **Diet and Exercise Log**: Monitor your food intake and physical activity to see if they impact your symptoms.
- **Mood Tracker**: Because mood can also be affected by RA, keep a log of your emotional well-being.

Remember, the key is to find a system that works for you and helps you communicate effectively with your healthcare provider.

I am lousy at creating spreadsheets. But this is such a great idea!

A monthly spreadsheet would certainly be useful for us all and our physicians. Maybe, dated anatomical diagrams to use color to identify mild to severe pain when in a flare up and dates of duration. It would condense a lot of information into a visual. Then we wouldn't forget important data or get confused by brainfog at appointments.
It could also show our windows of ease or remission. Better than a diary that's difficult to present and no one, especially a doctor would have time to review.
