The first time I took Humira they used a slightly different formulation that had a high “sting” factor. I don’t notice that at all now. Inhave always gotten a reaction at the injection site. It is usually a raised area, red and warm to the touch. This goes away after a few days. The improvement in hand and foot pain has been most welcome!

I’ve been on Humira for about 15 months and it has definitely helped with the inflammation. I’m happy to say I’ve had no noticeable side effects from it. I still haven’t been able to get off prednisone because inflammation increases as dose decreases.
