I also have a prescription toothpaste that I use every night and brush for two minutes each time….I’ll ask my Rheumy about Salagen….I’ll ask my Rheumy about biotin rinses….Thanks for the info…..stay well👍🏼👍🏼❤️❤️☮️☮️

I have sjogrens too. I use a prescription toothpaste, biotene rinses and take a prescription called salagen (pills 3x daily.) Luckily I do not have any mouth sores anywhere. I hope you find something that works for you.

My mouth is terribly dry and yeah, i get cracked corners a lot, as well as cold sores etc. I use a little organic honey on them or some homemade “Paw Balm” that I made for my pets. It seems to help!

My lips get dry and yes I've had a few cold sores. My nails are very brittle....I think it goes along with RA.
I also have eye issues like little puss bags on my eye lid not a lot but still I don't ever remember having them like 20 years ago.
