What is the CABG? I have lingering issues from Covid 2 years ago. Apparently Covid can trigger adult onset asthma. I now use an inhaler dailey but a quick try for the cough....get some mucus tablets with ONLY the guafenesin in it to take when you go to bed. Avoid the mucus tabs with the cough meds added unless your dr or pharmacist say no problems with your other neds. Thinning the mucus that builds all night will make a big difference.
