I also was taking Humira shots and methotrexate and my hair was thinning terribly. I’m not on the methotrexate anymore. I’m taking a Humira shot every other week and I’m on a low-dose of prednisone. My beautician suggested biotin which is supposed to be really good for hair strength and growth. Also, I take folic acid which was prescribed by my rheumatologist. Im not not sure what type of hair you have. I’m African-Americans so I know we can use different products but I would definitely look at the biotin And the folic acid. I hope this helps.🙏
