Hello CrystalLee, I had in the past cortisone shot in the shoulder and it help very much/also in the knee.

Yes, I had a Cortisone shot in both knees a little over a week ago. My knees are feeling much better.

I was told I need double knee replacements but healthcare makes one play games and get shots first. I did. It worked for a couple months.

They help me a lot. I have had 2 shots in my knee, both wrists and my shoulder (over the last 5 or 6 years). My advise: Do not look at the needle!! LOL I did with my shoulder and almost fainted. (Funny to me in retrospect. Gotta laugh.)
