Fluid In Knee Years After Replacement

I had bilateral knee arthroplasty 2 years ago last year and now, I've had swelling, pain, knee gives out, locks up, and is unstable; no injury. Orthopedic surgeon drew off synovial fluid. Sent it to the lab. It's pink, cloudy, and shows high Total Nucleated Cell Count with high Neutrophils. This is indicative of RA. Doctor hasn't seen the lab results yet. The results came to My Chart. I read recently you can still have RA issues in your knees even after replacement. I would be very curious to hear what your Dr has to say.

@A myRAteam Member my Rheumatologist ordered a test called Vectra. I only had it done Wednesday. I'm hoping to get the results next week.
