Yes I have difficulty sleeping through the night because I wake in pain and must change sleeping positions often. I take gabapentin at night for my fibro which helps me fall asleep initially but I think it may affect my short term memory and I would like to go off it. I have recently used lavender essential oil in a diffuser in my bedroom and I’m looking into a lavendar plant for the room. I also use cbd freeze cream, voltarin, vicks, biofreeze etc. on super sore joints. Many of us have this issue. Keep searching for what works for you.

I'm so sorry you are having issues. I have one position I can lay in at the moment that doesn't hurt unfortunately, I am a turner. I like to be a rotisserie at night. My primary doctor did give me cyclobenzaprine to take at bedtime, which helps a little bit but I am not a pill taker, so I find it hard to talk myself into using it.
