Keto Or Mediterranean Type Diet?

I’m Seropositive and having to increase my dose of Methotrexate. Thinking of switching to Keto or Mediterranean type diet as had done tummy issues but due to gallstones will have to limit high fat & increase protein/lean meats/fish. Anyone with similar issues found either successful?

Keto is high fat so maybe try the Mediterranean diet. I cut out gluten and sugar it has helped.

Yes that’s what I figured. Apple Cider Vinegar only goes so far. I have seen a Kinesiologist who has said to cut out gluten and processed sugar, mushrooms/fungi and broccoli. I have also upped my zinc, B vits and gut related support.
