Several people on this website have stated they developed RA after the COVID vaccination. The NIH is currently researching the association between COVID and the Vaccine causing autoimmune disorders.

I had the Covid vaccines and all the boosters and I really think that claiming you got RA after the vaccine/booster is paranoid and dangerous. Unless there is proof- absolute fact that is credible why would you spread that claim. I was diagnosed after Covid and so far I haven’t read anywhere that claims boosters are dangerous..

Had 2 Covid shots. No boosters. I was diagnosed with RA after.

Nobody I ever knew with RA and that’s been over 40 years. I do know that if you have one autoimmune disease, you are open to others at any time. I got a second autoimmune years after the first one.

If getting Covid, the possibility of getting it or getting the vaccine is so stressful, could it be the stress is enough to elevate to an autoimmune response? Doesn’t stress impact your health, flares, etc., I know mine did. Just saying, not necessarily casual.

Also, I am a big fan of vaccines, prescriptions, etc. because they are why I am alive today. Side effects can be awful. So is death. I don’t know of any medical treatment, directive, etc., without some risk. For me, I am happy to have choices. I am also a big believer in doing your own research for your own condition.

Hello I did not (diagnosed with RA in 2018) but I have met a few people who have developed it since covid.... mostly because of the vaccines I feel the two vaccines stirred up whatever else is going on with me now 😕.
One person I talked to that developed RA said she heard about a class action lawsuit..... Anyone here hear that also?
