I had lots of issues on it in pill form but when I got it in syringe form it was fine. The Dr. said it bypasses the stomach for less side effects for me since I have ibs

Everybody is different. It does have side effects for some people but you don't know if you will be one of them until you try it. Your bloods will be monitored regularly so if it causes any problems they will be detected pretty soon.

I,ve been on methotrexate for a number of years and it does work well for me.first few weeks were a bit rough. But stick with it

I've been taking Methotrexate and Folic acid for at least 3years with no side effects.
