I am also following the protocol for mycoplasma because it is known to cause RA. No doctors talk about it yet you can find Dr. MycPherson Brown used it to treat hundreds.

I’m trying a new combination of food for myself. I am eliminating dairy and anything with refined sugar and even carbohydrates in the form of pasta, rice, etc. I am also eliminating foods high in lectin and nightshades. I will slowly re-introduce dairy, as time goes on.

I have also been reading studies done about a couple of drugs that seem so far to be low risk. I am going to look into LDN, which is low-dose naltrexone. The other one is serrapeptase. Do your research as I will too and see what we come up with. I will be running this by my rheumatologist just to get his opinion.

Keep us posted and good luck.

Test for nightshade vegetables. I cannot tolerate potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, or bell peppers. They create pain and neuropathy. Also get tested for heavy metal toxicity. If you can, get an infrared sauna. Any kind of sweating helps remove toxins that can contribute to RA.

Personally I would not have stopped my medication without checking with my doctor. But in all fairness I've only been on hydrochloroquine for the past 10 years. I also take turmeric ginger cocurum. I think I take two a day but I can take four. By the way, the brand I use is nature's nutrition. Also I take berberine because I'm borderline diabetic but I believe it also helps I take a multivitamin lysine. I take b complex. I take vitamin D3. I think I hit all those. That's all the ones I take but in all seriousness you need to talk to your doctor. If you doctor isn't listening to you, then you really really should find another doctor. I hope this helps. I'm not the best with words but I wish you luck πŸ’˜
