I think Methotrexate is causing my hair loss.
I've nvr been on Methotrexate, but ... I'm afraid to brush my hair! I get brushfuls, it's a wonder I have any left!! I think a short haircut wld help...? Maybe:) Makes me even more self~conscious!!! I gotta work on that...π
I had hair loss with the shots too. But itβs grown back now.
I am on 3mg folic acid daily. I think it stopped hair loss but not as thick as 25 years ago.
I add rosemary and tea tree oils to my shampoo. They stimulate growth. As always ask your dr before trying this method.
