Finger Tingle

I have fought RA since I was 25. I am now 60. I hurt my neck and shoulder shoveling snow. I came to Florida and now I have tingling in my pinky finger on left hand and index on right hand. Been to massage therapist and chiropractor numerous times with no luck. Any suggestions?
