Booster Shots

A myRAteam Member asked a question 💭

Hello Team, I have yet to get my booster for covid. Doctors keep advising to just get the booster, but last year at this time, I had to get 3 vaccines and It put me in a flare up. I got so sick I couldn’t get out of bed for 4 days.
When I got the covid vaccines it felt like I had covid.
I can’t afford to get sick.
Anyone else going through the same?

Very weird thing happened to me on the first COVID injection . My body felt the best it had in many many years . Felt like I was 18 again very strange though I did have my steriod the week prior to my COVID jab .
What happened with my second COVID jab made me not have another . I got infection from the COVID jab and had to go on antibiotics. My arms swelled up massively and was sore to the touch with the red infection growin every day for about 10 days .

The first time I got covid it happen after being fully vaccinated.
2nd time I got covid was last year on my birthday. I believe the boosters had just come out and I had to until August to receive my booster. I did not get my booster because the Shingles and Covid vaccines both kick my butt and put me in a long fair up.
And so far so good.
Thanks for sharing ❤️

Husband's RA blossomed because of Covid vaccines and ONE booster. NO MORE! His RA doctor said NEVER get any vaccines close together. Wait at least 2 weeks!
