I’d see a pain management doctor. Also, warm baths with epsom salt help. Also, ask your doctor if you can change your meds. Let them know your current meds aren’t working. Also, ask your doctors if you might have fibromyalgia. I take Savella for my fibromyalgia and it has been amazing! Before savella, I was in constant pain. Now that I’m on it, I barely need pain meds anymore.
Many people swear by CBD with THC. I can’t take it bc I get severely constipated.

You may need to start going to pain treatment. I had to. I use them in extreme cases. Thc and cbd are legal here. Also I have heated boots with pressured message I use on the bottom half and heating pads elsewhere
