What Antiinflamatory Do People Use Over The Counter Please As In Terabel Pain
I started taking turmeric in pill form and found it has helped with the pain quite a bit. I also started drinking coffee, which has helped with inflammation as well as brain fog. For more intense pain it's OTC extra strength acetaminophen that I try not to take unless I can't handle the pain due to it causing liver problems. Otherwise I won't take prednisone ever again because it put cataracts in both eyes. And I'm allergic to naproxen and ibuprofen.
Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Acetaminophen, aspirin- nothing OTC helps very much. Voltaren gel is good but it can’t be spread far enough and it doesn’t last long. Prescription Prednisone is great but extremely harmful used long term. Opioids don’t do much and the Dr’s won’t prescribe it anyway. I’ve tried all types of supplements for inflammation without much success. I’m on Xeljanse, Methotrexate and Colchicine for about a year now having tried several other RA meds. I should be doing better. I’m not a negative as I sound, I’m open for other treatment ideas.
I take 15mg of Methotrexate once a week. Also, 2 Cinnamon capsule and 1 Turmeric capsule that I switch off every other day. Also, Tylenol Arthritis one in the morning and one before I go to bed. And last but not least CBD oil every night before I go to bed. I leave the oil under my tongue for at least 5 mins. I have been doing fine, very little inflammation in my hands and I've been able to do all my own house and garden work with no problems.
I rotate Tylenol with Advil.
Turmeric made me very Ill.
I also would prefer to not have Prednisone as I have had it too many times.
My meds were switched to Rinvoq (unsure of the spelling) and another. They work really well together.
Nothing “over the counter” touches my pain. My life would be so great if there was something, then I wouldn’t have to deal with Doc’s giving me a hard time for needing pain meds to have a somewhat normal existence. I hate relying on Doctor’s to make or break my life, they always let you down.
