I am experiencing an increase in liver enzymes and I'm on Kevzara. My wbc is low also. My RA doc suggests cutting the dosage back on Kevzara. Anyone else experience?

I started Kevzara in January. I am still having intense hand pain so will be reaching out to my RA doctor. A month ago he prescribed one round of Prednisone, which helps short-term. My shoulder pain seems less intense.
