Does Anyone Struggle With Pain In Your Toes
I cant wear socks or shoes for more then a hour then my toes feel like they are broken along with numbness and tingling. Ive tried so many different kinds of shoes nothing seems to work
Wearing larger shoes, clothing, underclothes is not fun. My sister had to buy strap extenders for her bras bc they hurt to wear them yet she needs the support. Wristbands hurt. I got into Lula Roe leggings and shirts bc they are soft and don't pinch. The shirts are long too. But shoes... we women like our feet to look smaller but be comfy. Try on som birkenstocks. The straps all adjust and are wide softened leather. The cork base allows for stability but cushion shock absorption for your joints. You can wear socks with them. Men's may be wider but they sure feel better to me than any shoe. I wore crocks for a while but they are so soft and wiggly that I can't keep my balance in them for walking. I've fallen in them too easily bc of that. The price is way better on the crocs but I need the stiff support of the birkenstocks. I hope you get the swelling to go away. Steroids work really fast for me and now I am on Actemra the swelling is gone. It was a lot of different therapies before we tried this one. But I still get epidural and hand steroid injections. I bet they do those for feet too. Have you asked about those?
Yes I’ve three toes on my left foot which are all pointing to the left and feel numb. They make me stumble, I can’t seem to pick my feet up properly and the rest of my toes hurt. I have trouble finding comfortable shoes as my left foot is now a size 6 whilst my right foot stays at size 5. Sorry to moan and grind on but sometimes I feel so fed up and low.
