Brain Fog
I’m very interested in learning about everyone experiences with this brain fog issue. Do you deal with this ? When did it start ? From a medication change ? I’m trying to remember when I first experienced it …
Just read an article explaining about brain fog and thought I'd share it:
How Intractable Pain Causes Brain Tissue Loss

I found that the more pain I feel the harder it is to think clearly or to find the words I'm trying to say...then I need to rest, sleep, make no decisions until rested and thinking more clearly.
I think brain fog is caused by a multitude of issues and it is hard to narrow it down sometime. Just being distracted can cause it or just not feeling well an cause it. Pain can cause it and sometimes times just being tired can cause it, but it is real. I think if you just listen to your body, you will be the best judge of what is wrong.
You summed it up very good when you described it as not firing on all cylinders. That’s about how I feel and when you add the fatigue in the mix you have a mess to try to deal with and your body goes into overdrive and it doesn’t have enough battery left so it just shuts down. Anyway that’s just my two cents worth! 🙏🙏😇
I haven’t heard of anything that would help but would like to know if anyone knows of anything until then we just muddle along like we’ve been doing and you have to keep your sense of humor and laugh at yourself some of the time until then……..
