How Do Deal With Short Term Memory Loss?

A myRAteam Member asked a question πŸ’
Roodepoort, ZA

Is there anyone who's dealt with short term memory loss or brain fog? I am going through that and it's terrible. How did you deal with it? I did my research and appearantly NSAIDs can be the cause.

It can be caused by lots of things so hope you find what works best to help you. I was so bad forgetting things my dr had me tested for early dementia! Thank GOD I do t have that. He said it was caused by stress and not enough sleep etc. I quit my midnight job and take some vitamins in general to help with health. I’m doing MUCH better. Hope you find what helps you. If it’s caused by fybro or something it may not be treatable all the way but maybe try some relax techniques and clear your thoughts a couple times a day.
