My kidneys hurt too! I try to take AZO phridum and sometimes drink cranberry and drink pickle juice! Some man at my urologist told me years ago to do that and sometimes it helps. But make sure that it’s not an infection 1st! I made that mistake and got Sepsis in 2015! Feeling your pain!! 😊💪

Are you taking prednisone? I experienced recurring UTIs after long-term use of prednisone. Also, urine tests revealed at one point that I had kidney stones and not a UTI.

Are you having urine taken to see if it’s really a infection. Or having bladder spasms..they hurt and you get a bearing done feeling as in last stages of childbirth…you ca have these and no infection….drink lotsa water..take pyridium from your dr. When it start, u get orange Ionesco but it relaxes the bladder. It will not cure a true infection. Good luck
