Back Of Head & Neck Pain

Been there for several days now. :( almost like a stiff neck i guess. Im on gabapentin/celebrez/bp meds and methotrexate. I just cant get rid of this pain, tried a massage therapy as well as cupping therapy. Its giving me no relief sadly . Anyone have any suggestions? Im so damn uncomfortable today

Some cheap and effective pain management: hot bath or shower, heating pads, specific gentle exercise, Massage and acupunture and chiropractic, but need more than one session. Acetaminophen (Tylenol),

I went to a chiropractor and he helped my neck. Pain went away after a W couple of treatments.

I had something similar. Turned out to be a pinched nerve. Had to get 2 cortisone shots in the neck. Luckily they did a pain blocker thingy and then the cortisone. I also had numbness in my arm so that was the give away. Have you tried heating it? If it’s the muscles, that might help…
