As always it would be good to consult your rheumatologist and/or family doctor first.
I can tell you from an mRNA point of view (assuming that was the vaccination you have taken before) you may have the same side effects again would be the downside.
As far as the positive side of boosting your immunity against COVID-19 the marginal improved difference would be negligible.
