I self isolate as directed by my physicians due to the medication I take. My husband does all our shopping. We do curbside as much as possible. I only go out when I have to do lab work or to see my physician. I think its the safest thing to do.

I was told to try and keep away from supermarket for 7 days until steroid in my body as its a double risk of immunity being weekend for a while but after that its ok with mask and usual hygiene when you get home . I have been ok. Hope this helps.

I take methotrexate and prednisone, and I do go to the supermarket with a mask on. I avoid large crowds.
