Has anyone ever had chronic spontaneous hives AND sore finger joints? I've had the hives for 420 days straight. My finger joints have been sore since Thanksgiving. I've made an appointment with a rheumatologist in late February but can't seem to find any information on the two happening together. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Welcome!
Hives are usually a sign of an allergy. That could be an allergy to wind or sun or food.
Joint pain is usually due to inflammation. May I suggest that you try taking a warm bath with Epsom salts and or lavender to relax and reduce swelling or stiffness in your body. Afterwards try massaging in some Arnicare or lavender cream to reduce the pain as both penetrate the muscles and tissues to relieve pain. I have found that Arnicare is great for the deep muscle pain and bruises. Dragon's Numbing Gel on specific joints and Hemp or Lavendar lotion to help with swelling caused by flares. I am glad you have an appointment set up to see a Rheumatologist.
I hope this helps.
Take care of you.
