I was just wondering if you get trigger finger also. Mine is really bad when it comes along with the carpal tunnel. I've been off my meds for a month now cuz it was causing some serious havoc on my liver. I'll tell you I'm in agony with pain and being a hair stylist with carpal tunnel and trigger finger oh God I don't want to work with this pain.

Yes I had carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists! After I got it in my other wrist the orthopedic surgeon said he thought I had ra and sent me to the ra doctor! More tests were done there and I had ra, I told him I was gonna have the surgery on my other wrists do he said to give it 3 or 4 months on ra meds! Sure enough my numbness went away! I researched ra and it said ra can present itself as carpel tunnel! I had ra in my family but it never occurred to me it was ra!

My PT just got a cool laser and we tried it on my wrist/hand I think if you can find someone with one you should try it for your hand/wrist ask around. It is drastically improving my range of motion in my hand/wrist. And the pain is dropped about 50%

Could be carpel tunnel syndrom from swollen wrist joints narrowing the carpal tunnel and compressing the nerves
