I used to, but have GI issues and had to stop. Be sure to have something on your stomach when you take it. I liked how well it worked for me. Hugs and Blessings!

I saw my Dr 2 days ago we did discuss if I should go off my meds for 2 months. She was very understanding and gave me the choice . I really appreciate her discussion with me.

My rheumatologist has me taking Alpha Base multivitamins with Iron (I am anemic) and since I started taking them, I have not caught anything that is going around. I am also a germophobe by nature, not a bad thing if you have a supressed immune system, so I stay stocked up on hand sanitizer all the time. We have to be so careful!
