Yes my shoulder pops and crack all the time. I get injections every 6-8 month, if I don't, I can't lift my arm to dress or comb my hair. I keep a shower hair in my tub, I can't sit in tub. 46years. I still drive. I know what to use to keep me moving. My back pops also when I stand up straight. Nobody hear it but me.

And absolutely. I have osteoporosis ostopenia and bulging discs and herniated on 7 disc. And nerves that are sitting on my spine. Since diagnosis of RA no Dr. Wants to help me. I feel I can't win. Pain. Comes from all directions. God bless 🙏 and put some ice on it and rest. Ice will calm down the nerve's.🙏
