I suggest having the hysterectomy the positives out weigh the negatives to me ... but do you really need the hip replacement? That is a terrible jar to your body it’s no joke and they say if you can live with and manage the pain it’s much better to NOT replace the hips or knees! I’d say see how you feel after you recuperate from your hysterectomy.

Are u having a complete hysterectomy, or are u leaving your cervix? Do u have rheumatoid arthritis and are u on any dmards or biologics?

I’m 45, but my uterus is the size of a 5 month pregnancy and my back aches. I all so get pelvic pain during my period, have heavy bleeding for about a wk and I feel a lot of abdominal pressure.

Another alternative is CBD oil if you have to come off your meds, not sure if its legal where you are.

Definitely look into Fibroid Embolizaton. You would not need to come of the medications and is VERY effective for treating fibroids. You want to find an Interventional Radiologist in your area, this is my area of expertise. Let me know if you need any help finding someone.
