Maggie 337, I have pseudo gout, which isn't the same as the gout that I already had. I don't know a lot about it yet, but so far, it seems better than RA, less scary. Good luck to you.

To remove someone from your team on myRAteam, follow these steps:

1. Select the menu in the upper left corner of the site (it looks like 2 lines).
2. Go to "My Profile," then "My Team."
3. Find the profile card of the person you wish to remove.
4. Select the small circle with a (V) in it and choose ‘remove from team’.

I had to have my knee drained all the time before my knee replacement! I also have ghout! I take allopurinol daily, and have indomethacin in case of a flare up! I have not had any pain or ghout episodes since taking the allopurinol daily. Good luck! The draining sounds so painful, but if ya got a dr who is good, it is painless!! Truly the pressure will be gone in seconds and movement will be much better! God bless!
