I do agree on the gloves, also a stress ball,if you can find cbd oil rub it on your hands and make sure you get folic acid, sprinkle turmeric on all foods you eat good luck

Occupational therapy by a Hand Therapist helped me regain some functionality in my hands. I sleep in wrist splints and where compression gloves. Do tendon, nerve glide and strength exercises daily.

I use CBD oil and it helps tremendously. I can’t recommend it enough.

They need to put you on a low dose of predizone. It will take a few days and then you start feeling better in your hand and wrist.
