I take CBD capsules 10mg CBD per capsule and I usually take 1 at a time. I sometimes take 1 with a Tylenol 2 for pain because CBD is expensive and I try to ration out the product as much as possible. If it weren't so expensive, I would probably drop the T2's but I have to work with what I have. But I highly recommend CBD.

I think overall that it has helped me a great deal . Check to see how many milligrams you are using, you may need to increase them, I am taking 1000mg, 2 drops under the tongue and hold it there for a couple minutes then swallow. I have to say I see a difference in the pain and the anxiety symptoms I was experiencing with my RA. I recommend it.

I tried some a while back. Didn't really help much other than helping me sleep

I have used a few over the past year but didn't feel anything different. The gummies I purchased did help me. To sleep but that is all, no pain relief.
