I have horrible muscle spasms in my hands, feet, legs, back and chest, mostly at night. They wake me several times a night. Has anyone experienced this and how have you handled them?

That is a lot to deal with, I feel for you. I've been diagnosed with the ra and fibro also and just recently my hip has been bothering me and I'm thinking maybe sciatic or some kind of nerve damage or the DDD. I do take gabapentin and that seems to help. I'm wondering if I should go to a chiropractor. Has anyone gone to a chiropractor for something like that? My prayers go out to you and hope you have more good days than bad. Take care of yourself in the meantime. Laurie

2019 I've experienced severe sciatica pain up 1 leg. Was horrible I felt so helpless tried walking around to ease pain nothing helped...after a few days I went to a chiropractor. He used heat therapy, some needles also, worked on the area for 30mins thrice per week...thankfully after a mth it eased of, I have not had pain for over 2 years. I try and walk often🙏🏻

I would suggest get a spinal MRI reading for actually diagnosed. If anything can be done ✅ that’s your decision
