This isn’t a question but an answer to a question that some people might need to know. I want to inform women that biologics (like actemra) do not interfere with IUDs (both copper and hormonal), although they might interfere with birth control pills. Hope this helps someone!
Mel, I checked and you are fine being on this site. So happy you are here. Keep posting young lady. We can learn a lot from your experiences and hopefully you with ours. Love and prayers !!
Excellent info Mel17. So you are 17 and have this? Well, heck I am so close to 70 now that I can say I am older than dirt. Don't have to worry bout all that birth control anymore so glad you are educating your teammates. Thank you.
Yeah I’ve had it since I was 15. Not fun for us! It’s becoming more and more common for people under the age of 30 to get it, so I want them to know their options cause I didn’t know mine until now. Glad to help :)
Hang I there Sweetie , I will get back with you.
Thank you so much! I hope you stay managed as well. The thing with this site is they say you have to be at least 18 years old, which I find not fair. No matter the age, people deserve support. I enjoy giving and receiving information through this site and through people that are in the same situation. The only person I know in my life that has RA is my boyfriend’s grandmother. Everyone on this site is helpful and kind and I appreciate all the support here!
Ra Does Affect Mental Health But Why Do Doctors Only Want To Give You More Drugs. Drugs Is Not The Answer.
