Is Milk And Cheese Bad For Me

As I understand, dairy πŸ₯› is bad. I don’t drink milk but I eat cheese and it really does not affect me, so I guess it depends on the person tolerance.

Each of us respond differently to meds and to food. I was told night shade vegestable s are bad but I am from the deep south and tomatoes are a staple for me lol, even though I live in MISS but profile says Illinois, go figure.
I am doing well on methrotraxe only and sometimes Tylenol x strength.
So just listen to your body...

Like everything else some foods agree with you and some don't. I have not found any difference but I am not big on bread and dairy, however don't tell me I cannot have a πŸ… tomato. Nightshade veggies are suppose to not be good for us who have RA, I don't have any problem. Just trial and error.
