I continue to wake up every two hours even though I'm taking things to help me sleep all night.

I have been waking up to early. I am trying a lavedar oil foot soak. It seemed to help last night. Hope it works tonight.🌷

My bladder usually wakes me up at least once and I also wake up to change positions.

@A myRAteam Member I was waking up too with a full bladder every 2 hours and I automatically had to get up...not like when we had younger bladders...I am taking amitriptyline now and I am doing much better...I think it quiets the bladder somehow and it is supposed to help with my migraines

Ever since I was diagnosed (actually even before diagnosed) I have had trouble sleeping. Turns out my RA & Fibromyalgia cause it. The rainy season in FL doesn’t help either. My sleep schedule is so off, I have learned to just go with the flow of it. The funny thing is the meds I’m on to deal with all this make me sleepy, yet my pain still wakes me up. Praying for the best for you. Gentle hugs to you & hope you get some rest!

Be careful of amitriptyline. It made me forgetful and also made me fall asleep during the day
