Tech Support Question Regarding Mobile App

Sorry to ask a support question here but haven't been able to find another way to get an answer.

I have the mobile app on my iPhone and am wondering why I am required to log in every time I open the app despite repeatedly checking the "Remember Me" box?

I always go through either Facebook or email as well.

I as well have to do the same as Linda. I think it's just the app. I cheat my going through my email 99% of the time.

Automatic login is getting better. Maybe it was an incorrect password, not sure, but it works sometimes on my phone.

@A myRAteam Member - sometimes I can jump from the email link directly into the website, but other times it takes me to the login page. I have the password saved on my phone but it doesn't automatically enter it like it does with other mobile apps, so I'm left with typing by hand. I'm on my computer right now or I wouldn't be able to have these exchanges at all. It's easier to type on my computer but I need to be able to use my mobile app more easily. Thanks for your reply!
